Executive Summary

A Managed Access Provider (MAP) enables smaller Communication Providers (CPs) to participate in PSTN2 without requiring deep technical expertise or significant infrastructure investment. MAPs act as intermediaries, handling complex PSTN2 operations on behalf of multiple downstream CPs.
